Relax, quiet your mind, and discover the power of Yoga Nidra!

    Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice derived from the tantras and reintroduced in the 1960’s by Swami Satyananda Saraswati.  It is a powerful meditation technique used to induce deep mental, physical and emotional relaxation while promoting strong inner awareness.  Yoga Nidra however is not just about relaxation, it aims to alter the very foundation of our conscious mind by shifting our limiting beliefs.  During the practice, when the mind is most receptive, a “sancalpa” or positive intention is used to help re-program any limiting subconscious beliefs and positively shape our daily thoughts and experiences.
