Sometimes we are already so deep in our healing work that what we really need is rest.
We may be moving through grief, transformation, change, or simply a particularly full season of life. And sometimes our body, mind, and spirit are tired. Tired of processing, tired of working things out, tired of going deeper. Sometimes what we need most is simply a place to rest and be cared for.
Sometimes the most healing thing we can do is simply receive.
This is at the heart of my Herbal Head Treatments — creating a space where you can slow down, settle your nervous system, nourish your body and senses, and allow yourself to be cared for.
What makes these treatments different?
I’ve woven together my love of healing work, herbal medicine, and the natural world to create an experience that goes beyond simple relaxation. Alongside intentional touch, I incorporate Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy, as well as herbal oils and preparations made with locally sourced plant medicine.
Many of these preparations are lovingly crafted by my own hands from plants I’ve personally foraged, while others are created by like-minded herbalists and makers who share my reverence for the healing relationship between people and the earth.
For me, this creates something really beautiful — an opportunity to bring people and plants into connection, while creating the space to simply pause, rest, and receive.

Herbal Head Treatment (60 Min) - $110 + GST
A deeply relaxing treatment designed to settle the nervous system, nourish the senses, and invite you into a state of deep rest and restoration.
Your treatment includes facial acupressure, face and head massage, facial cleansing, a nourishing face mask, shampoo and conditioning and more. Herbal remedies and intentional touch are woven throughout the experience.
Herbal Head Treatment (90 min) - $150 + GST
An extended version of the 60-minute treatment, with more time to slow down, receive, and deeply restore.
In addition to everything included in the 60-minute treatment, this session features extended facial acupressure and face and head massage, a neck and shoulder massage, and facial gua sha.
Wholistic Head Treatment (90 min)- $150 + GST
A deeply personalized healing experience that brings together body, mind, and spirit.
This treatment combines a 60-minute Herbal Head Treatment with 30 minutes of individualized healing work. Your healing session will include either Reiki or Craniosacral Therapy, intuitively chosen based on your needs and what your body is asking for that day.
Together, these practices offer an opportunity to nourish the body, quiet the mind, settle the nervous system, and create space for deeper energetic and emotional balance.
